My sister is back yet again and we give are thought of Bert Kreischer's movie The Machine since it has been out for two week. What fun movie! We end up on the topic of charities and the fact that people don't give or give a second thought as to were they spend their money. I plan for another fundraiser in the next month or so for Charity: Water. I also have dragged my sister into watching Game of Thrones as we work our way through the show. I'm back again this week with another late episode, but here we are. Its been interesting the past week as the Trump is in the news more and more from criminal charges coming against him. This made me contemplate a prison reform of some sort that needs to be done as well as changed in politics. I also broke down the importance of sleep more inadeptly as I get farther into this book. I've been listening to many podcasts from Max Lugavere's podcast The Genius Life and the book Why We Sleep by Matthew Walker. All these topics have made me long at myself and my on health on how I treat my body from the food I give in to sleep and recovery. Realizing how much of an impact we have on our mental, emotion, and physical health everyday and the risks and benefits of take care of our bodies. So I wanted to talk on this topics hope to spread some of the knowledge to others in the hopes that people take their own health very seriously.

This week I finally have a surprise guest as we discuss many topics. We consume many forms of entertainment in days through Creed 3, Ant-Man Quantumania, and Chris Rocks new live special on Netflix. We talk about transitioning with college life and how this effect others in their 20s. With Bert Kreischer's new special and movie The Machine both releasing we talk about the upcoming influx of comedy from many high renowned comedians. This was a really fun episode where we got to touch on many topics which made the conversation fly by.

#45 Is FRIENDS The Biggest TV Show Ever
This I go over how Friends broke many records and had one of the largest impacts of any T.V. show in the world. I also bring up statistics about issues in young men in America and how that might effect the near future. New music has also been released recently by two of my favorite artists, NF and Logic. With Logic just releasing a new album and also announcing that he's changing music genres in the future and want to expand his music farther. NF has finally put out new music with a single and had set a date for his up coming album out at the beginning of April.

This week I talk about what is happening over in Ohio and how it has been extremely over look in mainstream news. That this could be a disaster that will have effects for the rest of my life time. I then get into an uncomfortable conversation for most about guns in America. From how they have a large imprint on the United States identity and both the difficulties and upside to have the ability to be a gun owner in America. I think it's a good topic for discussion and more people should be open to have conversation about their different believe and not just assume and immediately hate each other.

#42 The Effect of the Carnivore Diet, YouTube Goals, and The Problems with Gen Z
Welcome back to the Podcast where are share some of my vulnerability with it comes to my weight loss journey and the struggles I've had over the years. The carnivore diet was quite an experience last month as I dropped a lot of weight. I talk about finally crossing some YouTube mile markers as I experiment with Shorts. I discuss how I somehow got myself lost driving through the city without a map. Last but not least I talk about some of the issues I have with Gen Z and how they approach life and treat other because of social media even though I'm part of Gen Z myself.

This week I actual had on a new guest. Riley a good friend of mine came on after we watch the new Documentary KSI: In Real Life. We discussed what we though about it. I also introduced him to Graham Handcock and talked about the Antient Apocalypse show with the idea of a lost ancient culture. We talked about things coming up in his life as he is about to graduate, senior prom, and his last year of 4-H. At the end just to ask each other questions we pulled some card from the Spark game to finish off the podcast.

Welcome back everyone the this weeks podcast as I discuss my binge addiction for the past week and a half, Game of Thrones. This is probably one of my favorite tv shows of all time. I get into how different the show is to many others and what I thought about the finale and the show as a whole. From a tv show that has been out for a decade I was late to the party but enjoyed it all the same. I also talk about my experience with the carnivore diet so far this month and am glad I'm doing it.
